Clarke Supervision Office Scope
The Clarke Probation & Parole Office belongs to Mississippi Department of Corrections community corrections. It supervises qualifying people in the community. It does not book detainees, keep a county jail roster, or release people through a detention gate. A Clarke County Jail departure does not automatically create a record at this office. Verify Clarke County Supervision
The MDOC Parolee Search is the first public check for a named person. It accepts first name, last name, MDOC ID, city, and county. Select Clarke only when that location filter fits the known facts. An MDOC ID is the strongest search key. With a name, compare all available identifiers and do not treat a same-name result as conclusive.

Clarke Supervision Record Sources
No single public source supplies the whole post-release picture. The parolee result can show a current public supervision link. The sentencing judgment identifies probation or post-release terms. A Parole Board decision governs parole. MDOC Records can address state custody, computation, release, and discharge documentation. Each record should be read for its own date and scope.

A public court flag can point to probation, a probation violation, a post-release-supervision violation, or a warrant. It describes the case, not the person's present physical location. Read the underlying order and check the responsible agency. No Clarke-specific public absconder or warrant list was verified, so silence in a web search must not be recast as proof that no warrant exists.

Clarke Release Versus Supervision
Release and supervision are related only in some cases. A person can leave Clarke County Jail on bond with no MDOC supervision. Clarke Post-Release Local Routing
The dedicated Quitman office creates a useful local layer that many statewide searches cannot provide. After the Parolee Search identifies a Clarke connection, the published address and direct phone help route questions to the correct community-corrections staff. Jason Carney's listing adds a named administrative contact, but it does not expand what case information the office may disclose.

The research found that directory intermittently unavailable, so verify every provider directly and let official agency information control. Call with a concise purpose: confirm the proper office, ask which public record documents the supervision type, or seek correction of an apparent agency mismatch. The local office does not grant or deny parole. That authority rests with the Mississippi State Parole Board. Eligibility and release are separate stages. Mississippi's administrative rule calls for release hearings within the prescribed period before the month of eligibility, and MDOC says eligible-offender processing occurs monthly. Neither point creates a public monthly calendar or guarantees release. A favorable decision may still require release planning, residence approval, travel arrangements, and resolution of other holds. Discharge is different again. It marks the end of the controlling obligation documented by the responsible agency. A person who completed supervision may stop appearing as a current parolee, so a later no-match should be checked against MDOC Records or the discharge document. Keep the decision, actual-release event, supervision assignment, and final discharge in date order. That sequence prevents a past parole grant from being mistaken for present supervision.
